Scopay is our easy-to-use online payment facility, allowing parents/carers to make payments for school meals, school trips, extracurricular activities, extended day services and other miscellaneous items 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by either credit or debit card. Parents may also use this system to check credit balances, view their payment history and reprint any receipts. Communication regarding payments will be sent using this system.

Registration Instructions

If you don’t yet have a Scopay account: Please visit the Scopay website and click ‘Register as a New User’. Follow the instructions onscreen to enter your details and add the unique online link code for your introductory letter when prompted.

If you already have a Scopay account: Please log in using the username and password you chose when registering your first child. Select the ‘Link Accounts’ option from the ‘Your Info’ menu and enter the unique online link code from your introductory letter.

You can use the same account for any children you have at this school, and for children at other schools which also use the secure Scopay system. Simply follow the instruction above to create and link the accounts.
