Welcome to the Starfish Class Page!

Year 3 is a very important year for our children as they make the transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2, moving from being the oldest children in their Key Stage to the youngest. Year 3 is a very exciting year for the children as it prepares them for the rest of their time in Key Stage 2.

PE Sessions:

Reading:

Please read with your child every day.

Children are expected to bring their signed reading log to school on a daily basis.

Homework:

Weekly homework will consist of at least one piece of literacy, one piece of numeracy, one Enterprise task and spellings.

Homework is given out on Thursdays. It is due back in the following Tuesday.

Spelling/Multiplication Tests:

Multiplication tests will take place on Tuesdays.

Spelling tests will take place on Fridays.
