Welcome to Year 4/5 Sharks Class – Bienvenue Chez les Requins!

Year 4/5 is a very significant year for your child.

We are currently working to the levels required for Year 4/5 and will be focusing on reading daily, comprehension, grammar and the correct calculation strategies for Maths. Children are required to know all their times tables and be familiar with their number bonds to 100 and 1000 which will aid their acquisition of formal calculation strategies in Maths.

This is an exciting year for the children as we prepare ourselves for Upper Key Stage Two.
