Data Protection

Shaftesbury Park is committed to the protection of personal data and to being transparent about what data we process.

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the new Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA 2025), all of which govern how organisations (including schools) collect, use and share people's information and provide greater rights to individuals and control over how their information is handled.

Individuals' rights in relation to our processing (collection and use) of their data, including the right of access and rectification, are set out in our Privacy Notices for Pupils and Parents/Carers, the School Workforce and Job Applicants, all of which can be found at the bottom of this page.
