We’re Back—and Ready to Make Things Happen!

What a pleasure it is to see Shaftesbury Park full of voices, ideas and activity again. Our school celebrates community and cultural diversity, creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and connected.

This year, our children will continue learning to think about their world, enlarge their world and change their world. That vision shapes daily life across the school. Bilingual learning opens new conversations, builds confidence and helps pupils understand different cultures and perspectives. Enterprise gives them practical ways to develop ideas, solve problems, work as a team and take thoughtful action. Whether they are planning a project, presenting their work or trying something new, pupils learn that their ideas matter and can make a difference, inspiring staff and parents to support their growth.

We also have a significant birthday ahead. In February 2027, Shaftesbury Park will celebrate 150 years of education. Throughout the year, we will explore the school’s past, share memories from families, former pupils and staff, and celebrate the people who have shaped our community. We invite parents and community members to contribute ideas and help shape what comes next, making everyone feel involved in our future.
